Skills Bootcamps

We are proud to be working in partnership with Hull City Council and the Department for Education (DfE) through the Government’s Skills Bootcamp programme to offer a range of professional courses, qualifications and accreditations to enhance employed, self-employed and business owners advanced knowledge and skills within the motor industry.
It is common knowledge that the Motor Industry is undergoing rapid technological advancements, such as the rise of electric vehicles and autonomous driving. To meet the demands of this ever changing industry, Technion's must possess up-to-date technical knowledge on the latest systems such as ADAS, Hybrid and full electric vehicles. The GTA understands that we need to support continuous learning and upskilling by providing the most relevant and advanced training programmes and qualifications.

Our Skills Bootcamp programme has been put together to offer skilled employees additional technical training and qualifications to enhance their knowledge and skills in this ever changing environment.
​
We have selected the most relevant and up to date programmes and are able to offer them with funding to support a substantial amount of the cost, to enable the sector to access these essential skills and additional knowledge to be at the forefront of the industry.
​
Candidates are able to select a minimum of 9 days training to be carried out within a 16 week period. Funding can be used to fund up to 100% of the overall retail price of the personalised Skills Bootcamp. Eligibility will be checked on application.

We have the following programmes on offer which individuals can pick and choose what would best suit this and their businesses current needs.
Professional and Technological Training for the
Modern Motor Vehicle Technician
Up to 100% funding available to support employed, self-employed and unemployed individuals wanting to undertake the this customisable Skills Bootcamp programme.
Create your own Bootcamp by selecting a minimum of 9 days training from the following:
